Why should I get a personal trainer? 

Take a few seconds and ask yourself this one very important question:

“What are my health and fitness goals and how will I achieve them?”

Regardless of how you answered that question, everyone has to start the journey to achieve their health and fitness goals the same way - by identifying their needs.

Goal: a desired result a person envisions, plans, and commits to achieve within a finite time period; a desired end-point in some sort of assumed development.

Need: something that is necessary for organisms to live a healthy life; a deficiency would cause a clear negative outcome, such as dysfunction or death.

Here at MKE-APE we do something that is very simple, yet often overlooked by personal trainers around the world. We help our clients identify their needs in relation to their health and fitness goals. I perform a complete, in-depth initial consultation with each potential client. Posture analysis, movement screens, muscle testing, specific questionnaires and client histories - everything I do during our initial consult is geared to one thing: identifying your needs.

Once we’ve identified your needs, I develop a complete plan of approach to help you achieve a goal as quickly and safely as possible. Goals to needs, needs to plan, plan to results- a clear path to the best you possible.

• Every package comes with a plan that has a purpose.
• Cancellations within 24Hrs will be charged a session.
--Reschedule for the next day if it is an Emergency.
• Food Logs are available and are recommended in most cases.
• Groups must be 3-6 people with similar goals.
